Phase 4 Films will release the DVD/Blu-ray edition of Valentino "Valentino The Last Emperor", September 8, 2009.
Produced/directed by Matt Tyrnauer, correspondent for Vanity Fair magazine, the feature doc debuted at the 2008 Venice Film Festival.

Lensed from June 2005 to July 2007, Tyranauer shot over 250 hours of footage with exclusive, unprecedented access to Valentino and his entourage.
The result is an intimate look between Valentino and his business partner/companion of 50 years, Giancarlo Giammetti, as the 'master' confronts the final act of his celebrated fashion career.
