Model Bar Refaeli is the cover girl on the newest issue of Esquire Magazine, with the opening lines of author Stephen King's new story, "Moriarty," painted on her body.
"I haven't seen anything like that ever", said Refaeli.
"So I wanted to be the girl who did it..."
