IM Global a worldwide financing, sales and distribution company and Platinum Studios, Inc., noted for the comic book adaptation "Men In Black", will develop a live action TV series based on "Hero By Night".Under the agreement, IM Global will handle worldwide distribution for the project, producing "Hero By Night" through their IM Global Television banner run by TV vet Gavin Reardon, who brokered the deal with the Rigberg Entertainment Group.
