The 1st "Brazilian Film Festival of Vancouver", created/produced by the Inffinito Group of Brazil, October 22 -26, will screen of the most recent Brazilian films, plus a special tribute to cinematographer Walter Carvalho.

Carvalho will be honored by the Festival, October 25. Having worked on more than 60 films, winning 40 awards, audiences will learn more about this DP in the master class 'The Image of Brazilian Cinema', where Carvalho's methods, techniques, inspirations and future projects will be discussed.
October 24, the seminar 'Co-production: Brazil/Canada' will bring together Brazilian and Canadian producers to address the development of international co-productions. Topics will include models of co-productions, marketing, cultural exchange and new business between Brazilian and Canadian markets....
