Paramount Pictures and Brad Pitt's Plan B have acquired "Miki Falls," a four-volume manga series created by Mark Crilley. TV writer Sera Gamble will adapt.

The story chronicles the final year of high school for 'Miki Yoshida', the series' protagonist who tries to befriend new student 'Hiro Sakurai' but is met with resistance. Miki refuses to take no for an answer, which leads to a surprising revelation about the secretive young man...
