"Terminator" TV...

tFox TV series "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" debuts Monday, Jan. 14, 2008.

Continuing the story where director James Cameron's "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" left off, the show focuses on fugitives 'Sarah' (Lena "300" Headey) and her 15-year-old son 'John Connor' (Thomas Dekker), chased by a techno enemy bent on destroying their lives.

Balancing his fate as the possible savior of mankind while posing as a high school student, John learns what it takes to become the future leader of the people's resistance, with fellow student 'Cameron' (Summer Glau) assuming the role of his protector.

But
Sarah, John and Cameron never know a moment's peace as they are dogged by FBI agent 'James Ellison' (Richard T. Jones) and the unstoppable killing-machines from the future.

"Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is produced by C2 Pictures in association with Warner Bros. Television, executive-produced by Josh Friedman and John Wirth, with James Middleton consulting producer, Toni Graphia co-executive producer and Natalie Chaidez, consulting producer.

The pilot was directed by David Nutter of "Smallville" fame.
