BC's The "Leo Awards" - June 1 & 2

The ninth annual "Leo Awards" take place June 1st and 2nd at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver and Sneak Peek will be there!

At the heart of the "Leo Awards" is the strength of the British Columbia film and television industry, providing over 15,000 jobs and generating over $1 billion in economic activity in 2006.
The Awards honour and reward individuals for their efforts towards fostering a strong future for British Columbia film and television.

The Leo Awards 2007 are sponsored by Northwest Imaging & FX, Kodak Motion Picture Film, the Union of British Columbia Performers (UBCP) and ACFC West.

The "Leo Awards" were established in 1998 to celebrate excellence in British Columbia film and television. It is a project of the Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Foundation of British Columbia, produced by Troika Productions Inc. and Events One.

The Celebration Awards Ceremony is Friday June 1, 2007, with Reception 5:30, Dinner 7:00 and Awards Show 8:00.

The Gala Awards Ceremony is Saturday June 2, 2007, with Red Carpet 5:30, Dinner 7:00 and Awards Show 8:00.
