Warner Bros. has signed screenwriter David "Batman Begins" Goyer to produce "Super Max", described as a new spin on the DC Comics' 'Green Arrow' character.The story is based on an idea by Justin Marks, who will also pen the screenplay.
The story will have the master-archer incarcerated in a 'super-maximum' prison, housing all the villains he helped put in there.
