Goyer Targets DC's "Green Arrow"

Warner Bros. has signed screenwriter David "Batman Begins" Goyer to produce "Super Max", described as a new spin on the DC Comics' 'Green Arrow' character.

The story is based on an idea by Justin Marks, who will also pen the screenplay.

The story will have the master-archer incarcerated in a 'super-maximum' prison, housing all the villains he helped put in there.
