Dimension Films has greenlit "Hell Ride," an homage to 1960's, grindhouse biker films.The film will be written and directed by Larry Bishop, the son of comedian Joey Bishop.
Actor Bishop previously appeared in 15 AIP classic biker films including "The Savage Seven," "Chrome and Hot Leather" and "Angel Unchained."
Quentin Tarantino will receive a 'Presenting' credit in the film.Bishop will star as the leader of the 'Victors', a biker gang that avenges the death of a gang member.
Bishop, Michael Steinberg and Shana Stein will produce.
