"Teletoon" Animated Over Re-Branding

As of February 5, "Teletoon" auds are now tuning into a comprehensive re-brand and on-air identity, for both the "Teletoon" daytime programming block and interactive 'viewser' website.

"We listened to our viewers and have created a stronger and more relevant identity," said Leslie Krueger, "Teletoon" VP Marketing.

"I'm sure that both our daytime kid and late-night teen and adult viewers are going to love it."

Founded in 1997 , owned by Canada's Astral Media Inc. (50%), and Corus Entertainment Inc. (50%), "Teletoon" is Canada's first and only 24-hour-a-day animation station, intended for both children and adults.

With English/French language services, the network offers viewers classic cartoons/new animation from Canada and around the world.
