According to sources, director Sam "Spider-Man" Raimi will produce a feature incorporating the 1920's-1940's pulp magazine heroes of Street and Smith Publications.
Crime-busting characters being considered for the big screen are "The Shadow", "Doc Savage" and "The Avenger".
