Will Furlong Do 'John Connor' For "T4" ?

At a recent LA ceremony, where actor Sylvester Stallone picked up a ShowEast 'Icon Award' for playing boxer 'Rocky Balboa', MGM Chief Operating Officer Rick Sands talked about the studio's upcoming projects to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sands said that Terminator 4 would be looking for a new actor, to replace Arnold Schwarzenegger in the role of the killer cyborg sent back in time, "..like the 'Batman' or 'Superman' franchise in that it lends itself to having different actors in the roles".

In other reports, actor Eddie Furlong, currently seen in The Covenant: Brotherhood Of Evil, says he is up to reprising the role of 'John Connor', the character he played in director James Cameron's T2 and regrets, that for 'legal' reasons, he was unable to play the part in T3: Rise Of The Machines.
