This year's FANTASIA FESTIVAL in Montreal, runs July 6th to July 24th, at the city’s Concordia Hall and J.A. de Séve theaters, screening over 100 new genre feature films and shorts.
Included are Lucky McKee’s "The Woods", making its North American premiere; the Snoop Dogg horror anthology "Hood Of Horror", Stuart Gordon’s "Edmond", with Gordon in attendance, Jan Svankmajer’s "Lunacy", the Swedish vampire film "Frostbitten", British thriller "Broken", Billy O’Brien’s "Isolation", Filipino ghost story "Sigaw", and numerous Asian obscurities including "MY SCARY GIRL", "TOKYO ZOMBIE", "SARS WARS", "HELL" and "SYNESTHESIA".
There will also be numerous guest directors in attendance.
