In 2016, the Lucasfilm science fiction feature “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”, directed by Gareth Edwards, introduced a group of unlikely heroes who stole plans to the original ‘Death Star’, with Marvel Comics now publishing five new ‘one-shot’ comic book titles, spotlighting key characters, starting May 6, 2026, with ‘Cassian Andor’, who headlined the “Rogue One” spin-off , prequel TV series “Andor”:
