Michele Pfeiffer: “Henry Rose”

‘Catwoman’ actress Michele Pfeiffer, star of the lstest Taylor Sheridan TV series “The Madison” poses for new photographs by David Sims, on the launch of the new fragrance ‘London 1983’, through her perfume company Henry Rose

“…’London 1983’. Designed by perfumer Patricia Choux, on the surface, it’s a soft, skin-like musk with notes of fig, black pepper, water lily, jasmine, musk, blond woods, upcycled Orcanox, and sustainable vetiver bourbon”, said Pfeiffer.

“For me, the most interesting scents are those with contrasts that really complement each other…which lends a feeling of intimacy.

“We have some pretty sexy scents. If you like musk, it’s definitely sexy. It draws you in; it’s an intimate scent.

“Those are the kinds of scents I am drawn to, but fragrance is so deeply personal, and so I think what is sexy is very different for everyone.

“Honestly, there was a fearlessness and individuality in the ’80s, especially in London. And ‘London 1983’, it isn’t about re-creating that decade. It’s about honoring that confidence, that courage, and that sense of self in a modern way.”
