The new anime TV series, adapting the game "Synduality" is directed by Yuusuke Yamamoto, streaming in 2023 on Disney+:
"...in 2222, it has been years since 'Tears of the New Moon', a mysterious rain, poured and wiped out almost the entire human race. The poisonous rain gave birth to deformed creatures and humanity fled from the danger.
"As a means of survival, the humans build the underground haven 'Amasia'. In this new dystopian city, they encounter the 'Artificial Intelligence' named 'Magus'.
"Not knowing how things will work between them, this is the story of how the Humans and the AI will try to get along..."
