"The Challenge", is the new space drama feature directed by Klim Shipenko, starring Yulia Peresild, Miloš Biković and Vladimir Mashkov, noted as the first feature-length movie to be filmed in space, releasing internationally April 2023:

"... 'Ivanov' loses consciousness while his spacecraft is in flight. Doctors decide it will be necessary to perform heart surgery in zero gravity.

 

"Cardiac surgeon 'Zhenya Belyaeva', who does not have time to raise her three-year-old daughter, is preparing for the flight..."
