"Plane" is a new action-thriller directed by Jean-François Richet, starring Gerard Butler, Mike Colter, Yoson An and Tony Goldwyn, opening January 27, 2023:
"...commercial pilot 'Brodie Torrance', transporting a criminal, unexpectedly completes an emergency landing after a ravaging storm damages his aircraft. The plane lands on the hostile island of 'Jolo Island' in the Philippines.
"But the passengers are taken hostage by the local militants of the island. Running out of time, Brodie decides to enlist help from the convicted fugitive he was transporting all along..."
