"Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies" is the new musical romantic comedy TV series,  based on the musical of the same name by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, as a prequel to the first two "Grease films', streaming April 6, 2023 on Paramount+:

"... in 1954, four years before the events of 'Grease', four fed-up and misfit students band together to bring out the moral panic that will change 'Rydell High' forever...
