"Asterix and Obelix: The Middle Kingdom" is a new $72 million budgeted, France-produced live-action feature, directed by Guillaume Canet, based on the comic book character "Asterix" by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, starring Guillaume Canet as 'Asterix', Gilles Lellouche as 'Obelix', Vincent Cassel as 'Julius Ceasear' and Marion Cottilard as 'Cleopatra', opening in theaters February 1, 2023:
