Take a look at Season Six of the animated "My Hero Academia", based on the 'manga' series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi, now streaming on Crunchyroll:
"...'Izuku Midoriya' is born without superpowers, in a world where they are the norm. Dreaming of becoming a 'superhero', he is scouted by the world's greatest hero who shares his powers with Izuku after recognizing his value, enrolling him in a high school for heroes in training..."
The manga was also adapted into a TV series from Studio Bones, airing in Japan 2016-2017. The third season aired April 2018.
An animated feature was also released Fall 2018.
