Amanda Seyfried in “ Marie Claire”

Seyfried started her career as a young model, then moved to recurring roles in soap operas "As the World Turns" and "All My Children".


In 2004, Seyfried made her film debut in the teen comedy "Mean Girls", with more supporting roles in indie films, including "Nine Lives" (2005), crime drama "Alpha Dog" (2006) and a recurring role in UPN TV drama "Veronica Mars" (2004–2006). 



Between 2006 and 2011, Seyfried starred in the HBO drama series "Big Love" and in the 2008 musical feature "Mamma Mia!".


Noted appearances include "Jennifer's Body" (2009), "Chloe" (2009), "Dear John" (2010), "Letters to Juliet" (2010), "Red Riding Hood" (2011) and "In Time" (2011).


Other roles include "Gone" (2012), "Les Misérables" (2012), "Lovelace" (2013), "Mank" (2020), "A Mouthful Of Air" (2021) and the TV miniseries "The Dropout" (2022).
