“Kite Man” on HBO Max

The "Harley Quinn" comedic, animated TV series spin-off “Kite Man”, following the adventures of dim-witted criminal ‘Chuck Brown’ (Matt Oberg) is  currently in production for exclusive streaming on HBO Max:

Created by Bill Finger and Dick Sprang for “Batman” #133 (1960)) , ‘Chuck Brown’ is a dumb guy who arms himself with kite weapons to commit acts of evil. 

He also uses an array of specialty kites to thwart his enemies and commit crimes.
