Set in the year 2380, "Star Trek: Lower Decks" is the upcoming 'adult' animated TV series created for CBS All Access by Mike McMahan, following the lives of the 'lower drecks' serving on the starship 'U.S.S. Cerritos', debuting August 6, 2020:
