Netflix Takes A Look at Boom! Studios

Comic book publisher Boom! Studios have a 'first look' deal with streaming giant Netflix to develop and produce the company's library of characters and titles, for live-action and animated films/TV series:

BOOM! Studios CEO and founder Ross Richie and president of development Stephen Christie will executive produce all shows developed through the pact.

BOOM! has won the comic book industry's Best Publisher 'Gem Award' seven of the past eight years plus numerous 'Eisner' and 'Harvey Awards'.
