Shooting has now officially started on Marvel Studios' Disney+, 6-episode live action miniseries "The Falcon and The Winter Soldier", directed by Kari Skogland, shooting in Atlanta, Georgia, showcasing 'Sam Wilson' aka 'The Falcon' (Anthony Mackie), who is prevented from becoming the new 'Captain America':
"...in the new series, 'Sam Wilson' aka 'The Falcon' will fall under 'deep state' forces working subversively in a shadow Government, preventing him from becoming the new Cap."
Written by Malcolm Spellman ("Empire"), cast also includes Emily VanCamp as 'Sharon Carter'/'Agent 13' and Daniel Brühl as 'Zemo'.
