Pilot Maj. Stephen Del Bagno, a consultant who trained actress Brie Larson as 'Carol Danvers' for Marvel Studios' currently shooting superhero feature "Captain Marvel", was killed in an 'F-16' plane crash, during an aerial demonstration flight:
"We lost a friend yesterday" said Marvel Studios.
"We will miss him greatly. He'll always be a part of the team."
Del Bagno was also an 'F-35A' pilot and chief of standardization and evaluation, '58th Fighter Squadron', Eglin AFB.
