"Supergirl" - Enter 'Saturn Girl'

Sneak Peek new images of actress Amy Jackson as DC Comics' 'Saturn Girl', from the "Supergirl" episode "Legion Of Super-Heroes", written by Derek Simon, Eric Carrasco and directed by Jesse Warn, airing January 15, 2018 on The CW:

'Imra Ardeen' aka 'Saturn Girl' debuted in DC's "Adventure Comics" #247 (April 1958)...

... created by Otto Binder and Al Plastino... a 'telepath' from the 30th century and founding member of the 'Legion of Super-Heroes'. 

Her Saturn Girl title identity refers to her homeworld of 'Titan', the largest moon of the planet 'Saturn'.

" 'Legion of Super-heroes', struggling to heal from injuries inflicted by 'Reign' (Odette Annable), 'Supergirl' (Melissa Benoist) remains in a dreamlike state, unable to be reached. 

"'Mon-El' (Chris Wood) recruits one of the 'Legion' members, 'Brainiac-5' (Jesse Rath), to try to bring her back. 

"Meanwhile as Reign continues her rampage across the city the 'Legion of Superheroes' try to stop her..."
