"Spider-Man" - Sting Of The 'Scorpion'

Actor Michael Mando aka 'Nacho' in "Better Call Saul" is "over the moon to be playing my favorite super-villain 'The Scorpion'" in "Spider-Man: Homecoming", based on the Marvel Comics character:

'Mac Gargan' aka 'Scorpion' was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, first appearing in Marvel's "The Amazing Spider-Man" #19 (1964), followed by "Amazing Spider-Man" #20 (July, 1964).

Gargan was a private investigator who was hired by newspaper publisher 'J. Jonah Jameson' to find out how 'Peter Parker' was able to obtain photos of 'Spider-Man'.

When Spider-Man evaded Gargan, J. Jonah Jameson decided to use Gargan as a test subject for an experiment done by 'Farley Stillwell'.

Gargan was given superhuman powers through chemical/radiological treatments, which produced 'mutagenic' effects.

He has superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, stamina and the ability to scale walls. He also has an exceptionally strong grip, reminiscent of a real scorpion's pincers.

Gargan wears a full-body battlesuit composed of two layers of light steel mesh separated by a thin layer of insulated rubber. In addition to his superhuman physique, he was traditionally armed with a cybernetically-controlled, seven-foot mechanical tail, with a tool steel articulated framework which can whip at 90 miles per hour.

The tail has been equipped with projectile weapons, including a spike at its tip, which can squirt an acidic spray. The tail can also be used as an extra leg, or he can coil it behind him to spring himself a distance of at least 30 feet.
