Marvel TV and Hulu will start production in Los Angeles, February 2017, on the live-action TV series "The Runaways" (aka working title "Rugrats"), adapting the Marvel Comics title, "...in a story of six super-powered teenagers who can barely stand each other, but who must unite against a common foe – their criminal parents..."
"We've known the Runaways‘ story would make great television," said Marvel TV's Jeph Loeb.
"...'Runaways' follows a group of teenagers who discover their parents are part of 'The Pride' crime syndicate, made up of mob bosses, 'time-travelers', dark wizards, mad scientists, alien invaders and telepathic mutants.
