Nicole Kidman In "Vogue"



Sneak Peek new images of actress Nicole Kidman, in a movie-related fashion shoot by photographer Peter Lindbergh, for the latest issue of "Vogue" US magazine:



Kidman's breakthrough film role was in the 1989 thriller "Dead Calm", followed by performances in "Days of Thunder" (1990), "Far and Away" (1992) and "Batman Forever" (1995).


Other films include "Moulin Rouge!" (2001) earning her a 'Golden Globe Award' for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and her first nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress.


Kidman's performance as 'Virginia Woolf' in the "The Hours" (2002) earned her an 'Academy Award' for Best Actress...


...the 'BAFTA Award' for Best Actress in a Leading Role, the 'Golden Globe' Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Drama and the 'Silver Bear' for Best Actress at the 'Berlin International Film Festival'.


Kidman's other notable films include "To Die For" (1995), for which she won her first Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, "Eyes Wide Shut" (1999), "The Others" (2001), "Cold Mountain" (2003), "Dogville" (2003), "The Interpreter" (2005), and "Australia" (2008).


Her performances in the drama "Birth" (2004) and the thriller "The Paperboy" (2012) earning her more Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress and Supporting Actress.


Kidman produced and starred in "Rabbit Hole" (2010), earning a third nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress.


In 2012, she earned her first 'Primetime Emmy Award' nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie for her role in the biopic "Hemingway & Gellhorn".
