"In "The Walking Dead" comic books, the 'Alexandria Safe-Zone' aka 'Alexandria', has their peace temporarily shaken by the arrival of 'Rick' and his 'family'. Due to the combined attacks of both 'Peter Anderson' and the 'D.C. scavengers', the leader of Alexandria puts Rick in charge, feeling that the former 'Cynthiana' Sheriff's Deputy would be more effective in protecting the community.

"But due to the noise of a firefight with the D.C. scavenger group, a massive herd of 'roamers' is drawn towards the Safe-Zone..."
