Take another look @ the character of 'Roy Harper' (Colton Hayes) who assumes the identity of the costumed vigilante 'Arsenal' in Season 3 of The CW's live-action, DC Comics adaptation "Arrow":
In "Arrow", Season 2, 'Harper' was forcibly injected with a 'Mirakuru' serum.
In the new season, Harper is free of the drug and his accompanying fits of rage. Harper joins the 'Team Arrow' vigilantes, wearing tricked-out gear.
"Arrow" Season 3 debuts on The CW October 8, 2014.
