According to reports, a "Dreadstar" feature film, based on creator Jim Starlin's Marvel Imprint "Epic" comics character, is in development,through Benderspink and Illuminati Entertainment:
"...'Dreadstar' chronicles the adventures of 'Vanth Dreadstar', the last living being from the 'Milky Way Galaxy', who battles not one, but two different evil empires with his intrepid crew of alien allies..."
