"The Walking Dead" 'terror prank' "Walkers Lurk Below The Streets of NYC" has the New York Police Department concerned because producers reportedly opened up a sidewalk grate in Union Square, without getting permission:
"We are deeply troubled by this video," said a Metropolitan Transit Authority spokesperson.
"We have forwarded it to the NYPD and are also conducting our own investigation."
City agencies say permission was not granted for the stunt, as permits are required for shoots with actors that use public space.
