"Mad Max: Fury Road" Updates

Warner Bros. have confirmed a release date for 'dystopian'  action adventure, "Mad Max: Fury Road".

The Kennedy Miller Mitchell production is written and directed by "Mad Max" creator George Miller, starring Tom Hardy ("The Dark Knight Rises"). 

Miller, who directed the previous "Mad Max" ("Road Warrior") installments, co-wrote the screenplay with Nick Lathouris and Brendan McCarthy.

"Mad Max" Fury Road" will open across North America, May 15th, 2015, following "The Avengers: Age of Ultron", opening April 2015.

"'Mad Max' is caught up with a group of people fleeing across the 'Wasteland' in a 'War Rig'," said Miller.

"It is driven by the 'Imperator Furiosa'... 

"This movie is an account of the 'Road War' which follows, based on the 'Word Burgers of the History Men' and the eyewitness accounts of all those who survived."
