"Almost Human"

Thanks to VancouverFilm.Net, Sneak Peek more footage from "Star Trek" director J.J. Abrams' new "Blade Runner"-like science fiction cop series "Almost Human", starring Karl Urban ("Star Trek Into Darkness") as a futuristic police officer partnered with an android (Michael Ealy).

Based on the pilot directed by Brad Anderson, "Almost Human" is currently in production for the 2013-14 season.

The show is set 35 years in the future, "...when police officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids..."

Ealy plays an 'android cop', with 'emotional responses' as he and his partner investigate cases.
