'Fredddy Krueger' actor Robert Englund ("Nightmare On Elm Street"), who is close friends with actor Mark Hamill of "Star Wars" fame, said during the recent "Nashville Comic Expo" that Hamill as 'Luke Skywalker' will be returning for director JJ Abrams "Star Wars: Episode VII".
"They've got Mark in the gym," said Englund, "because Mark’s coming back as 'Luke Skywalker'. They’ve got him doing his sit ups..."
Both Hamill and Englund have been heavily involved in recent years with voice-over animation work.
"Star Wars Episode VII" is scheduled to be released theatrically summer 2015.
