"Superman: Man Of Steel" Inspires Studio Logo



Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of 'Superman', Warner Bros. Entertainment and DC Entertainment have unveiled a new logo that will be used in comic books, video games, film and television :


"Warner Bros. is privileged to be home to the global Superman brand," said WB CEO Kevin Tsujihara, "which has had an unparalleled impact on popular culture for 75 years. We are proud to commemorate this milestone with exciting entertainment across the entire studio and across the globe, ensuring this enduring icon reaches new generations of audiences."



"Man Of Steel" director Zack Snyder is also currently producing a special animated short as part of the celebration.



Cast for Snyder's new film will include the voice cast of Bruce Timm, Geof Johns, Peter Girardi and Jay Oliva. 



Details about the film has Snyder envisioning one continuous shot that will montage Superman's various incarnations including 1940's Max Fleischer cartoons, screen portrayals by George Reeve and Christopher Reeves.



Also there will be iconic illustrations of the 'Man Of Steel' by Wayne Boring, Curt Swan and Neal Adams.
