Creator Terry Moore's Abstract Studios' comic book series "Rachel Rising" will be adapted for television by Alcon Television Group, executive produced by Lloyd Levin ("Hellboy").
"Rachel Rising" focuses on a deceased woman named 'Rachel' who 'wakes up' and begins to unravel the mystery of her death:
"...people are dying in the little town of 'Manson'.
"All of them in freak accidents with no apparent connection to one another.
"But 'Rachel' sees a pattern forming on the map - a 'pentagram' - and she knows who is responsible: 'Lilith', the first woman to set foot on earth...".
