Marvel's "Iron Man 3" will screen in Japan equipped with a '4DX' System, that in addition to screening the feature in 3D, will also immerse audiences in 'fourth dimensional' effects.
This will include strobe lights, bubbles, tilting, vibrating seats, blowing wind, fog and odour effects, timed to sequences in the film.
The "4DX" system is currently in use in China, South Korea, Thailand, Russia, Mexico, Israel and South America.
200 theaters are being scheduled for construction in the US over the next five years.
