Stake Out "The Vampire Diaries: Bring It On"



Sneak Peek new images and footage from "The Vampire Diaries" episode "Bring It On", the sixteenth episode of Season 4, airing March 14, 2013.


The episode is written by Elisabeth R. Finch and Michael Narducci for director Jesse Warn, starring Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Candice Accola, Claire Holt, Joseph Morgan and guest star Phoebe Tonkin :


"...'Elena' (Dobrev) has a new outlook on life that has everyone concerned, leading 'Stefan' (Wesley) and 'Damon' (Somerhalder) to agree that going back to the normal routine of high school would be the best thing for her.


"'Caroline' (Accola) is pleasantly surprised when Elena decides to rejoin the cheerleading squad, but her pleasure turns to shock when Elena’s behavior proves dangerous. Not giving up on their search for the cure, Damon and 'Rebekah' (Holt) work together until his unwanted advice catches her off-guard.


"'Klaus' (Morgan) tries to use 'Hayley' (Tonkin) to get the information he’s after and makes an intriguing discovery in the process. 


"Meanwhile, a bored Elena throws a wild party and gets into an ugly fight..."


"The Vampire Diaries" is based on "The Vampire Diaries" book series by author L. J. Smith.


Set in a small town haunted by 'supernatural beings', the main thrust of the series is the love triangle between 'Elena Gilbert' (Dobrev) and the vampire brothers 'Stefan Salvatore' (Paul Wesley) and  'Damon Salvatore' (Ian Somerhalder) :


"...teenage 'Elena' falls deeply in love with young-looking, 162-year-old vampire  'Stefan Salvatore'. 


"Their relationship becomes increasingly complicated as Stefan's vicious and malevolent older brother 'Damon Salvatore' returns with a plan to wreak havoc on the town and a revenge against his younger brother.


"Both brothers begin to show affection towards Elena, because she is a descendant of 'Katherine', who returns with plans against the trio.


"Some of the founding families of Mystic Falls include the 'Salvatores', the 'Gilberts', the 'Fells', the 'Forbes' and the 'Lockwoods', who guard the town from vampires, werewolves, witches, ghosts and 'hybrids'..."
