The animated prequel "The Encounter", provides the back story to writer/director/actor RZA’s upcoming action feature, "The Man With the Iron Fists", presented by Quentin Tarantino.
Narrated by RZA, the prequel finds "...'Blacksmith' (RZA) on his way to China via a Dutch trading vessel. But at a typical port stop, the Blacksmith and the crew have an unfortunate encounter..."
Cast also includes Lucy Liu, Russell Crowe, Jamie Chung, Cung Le and David Bautista.
