"Monster Brawl", the $200,000 independent horror-comedy feature filmed in Collingwood Ontario last year, will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in Canada, March 27, 2012:
Written and directed by Jesse T. Cook in the tradition of a 'Pay-Per-View' main event, "Monster Brawl" stars Dave Foley ("NewsRadio") as play-by-play announcer 'Buzz Chambers', with the voice of Lance Henriksen ("Near Dark") as the 'Narrator' :
"...laying out wrestling bouts like you've never seen before, 'Monster Brawl' depicts a wrestling-style fight to the death set inside an abandoned and cursed graveyard, shown in a pay-per-view style atmosphere.
"The fighters are eight 'classic' monsters including 'Cyclops', 'Swamp Gut', 'Frankenstein', 'Lady Vampire', 'Werewolf', 'Mummy', 'Witch Bitch' and 'Zombie Man'..."
