Never Be Your "Beasts Of Burden"
Dark Horse Comics' "Beasts Of Burden" comic book mini-series, will be developed into a full-length feature cartoon by animation house Reel FX. Director is Andrew Adams ("Shrek") of Strange Weather Films.
Created by writer Evan Dorkin and illustrator Jill Thompson, the Eisner award-winning "Beasts of Burden" follows a pack of dogs and cat who take on supernatural evils in their neighborhood :
"...When supernatural occurrences sweep the community of 'Burden Hill', it's up to a heroic gang of cats and dogs to keep residents safe from harm. A bizarre disturbance leads these four-legged neighbors on a wild-goose chase into the depths of the nearby forest, where loyalties are tested..."
