"Kale & Nori Culinary Arts", a Vancouver based company, developing and implementing sustainable food/beverage products, from Canadian, award-winning 'mixologist' Lauren Mote and Celebrity Chef Jonathan C of CBC's "Village on a Diet" reality TV series, will be at Vancouver's Bute & Alberni Signature BC Liquor Store, Thursday June 30, 3-6 PM showcasing West Coast food and cocktail creations:

CBC's "Village On A Diet", featuring Chef Jonathan C, is the 10-episode documentary series, set in the town of Taylor, British Columbia, where over 60 percent of its population was either overweight or obese. Because of this, the entire town pledged to lose one collective ton in three months, as well as have their "...struggles and successes..." documented on camera.
