Noomi Rapace Strikes A Pose For "Elle"
Swedish actress Noomi Rapace ("The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo"), and star of director Ridley Scott's upcoming sci fi feature "Prometheus", recently posed for an Elle Magazine, "Spring 2011" shoot, photographed by Daniel King.
Rapace will next appear in Warners "Sherlock Holmes" sequel, playing a 'tough-witted gypsy'.
To prepare for her celebrated role as 'Lisbeth Salander' in "Dragon Tattoo", Rapace spent seven months practicing Thai boxing/kickboxing, underwent a series of facial piercings, and received her motorcycle license.
"If I decide to do something, I do it," said the 31-year-old actress and mother of a young son. "I always knew it was up to me to become the person I want to be and live the life I want to live."
