According to the CW, Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge ("Species") has been cast in the network's TV pilot adaptation of the 3-book series "The Secret Circle", by author L.J. Smith ("The Vampire Diaries").
Executive produced by Kevin Williamson ("The Vampire Diaries"), premise of the pilot will focus on witch 'Cassie' (Britt Robertson), who moves back to her mother's hometown, taking sides in a battle between good and evil.
