Actress Emma Bell ("The Walking Dead") has been cast in the upcoming NBC drama TV pilot "Reconstruction" aka "The Crossing", written by Josh Brand and to be directed by former actor Peter Horton.Set in a Missouri town, post-Civil War, "Reconstruction" follows 'Jason' (Martin Henderson), a former soldier who settles into a small town where he is welcomed as its 'savior'.
Bell will play a 'strong-willed woman' who denounces Jason as a criminal.
