The Passionata brand was created in 1988 by Chantelle. The company dates back to 1876 and the manufacture of 'lap belts' by the Kretz family.The development of yarn latex in the 1950's, launched the company's Chantelle brand that became the first French corset to achieve 20% market share.

Refaeli was also cover model for the 2009 "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue", co-starred in the 2005 TV series "Pick Up", co-hosted the 2008 Bravo TV special "Tommy Hilfiger Presents Ironic Iconic America" and hosted MTV's revival of "House of Style" in 2009.
In 2010, Refaeli will star in the English-language feature "Session", directed by Haim Bouzaglo, following the story of a manipulative psychologist who becomes obsessed with a new patient.
